Roof Inspection Process

The exact scope of a roof survey may vary depending on the specific roof and guttering requirements and everything assessed. What we do:

1. Visual roof inspection

Our inspection of your roof, both from ground level and by accessing the roof surface to inspect its overall condition. This includes checking for wear and damage such as broken/missing tiles, leaks or rust.

6. Survey documents

The work carried out by Stevie and his team who are excellent, reliable , highly experienced and very well mannered tradesmen. Stevie was highly professional at all times, his communication with us was excellent, keeping us up to date as our roof replacement had to be delayed due to weather issues. The team ( Stevie, Lee and Frank) were a pleasure to work with…even taking the time to fix a couple of broken tiles on our extension roof . Brilliant team from Steve and the guys fitting roof to electrician and plasterer and waste lift guys. Take pride in their work. Steve went the extra mile fixing a couple of wee tasks he noticed needed done without me saying a word. All very tidy, pleasant and professional.
